I too have fallen to the "stall tactics" of this company... FOR 9 MONTHS NOW!!! They keep saying they will ship but the replacement order is never received. The original set of DVD's were shipped in a cheap bubble envelope & were completely SMASHED! I requested replacements be shipped in a box... that was 9 months ago! Repeated emails, phone messages go unanswered! My phone calls when they used to get through to a person named "Bethany" assured me they would ship immediately! Now, their voice mail is full, there is no email reply... THEY ARE A FRAUD! I have reported them to the Canadian BBB & have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge... a very BIG charge! WARNING!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY & CHECK OUT ALL THE NAME CHANGES THEY HAVE GONE THROUGH TO HIDE THEMSELVES!
