I had asked for the free trial - and NEVER received ANY product at all! Then I find a $97 charge on my credit card for NOTHING!!! I have NO way of contacting them - every time you try to do anything from the prime webpage, it leads to nothing and I am now stuck with no product and a bogus charge ...
