Bad Quality DVD's - No response back from company

I ordered a DVD box set for my husband for Christmas. The quality is horrendous and there is so much skipping on the disks that they eventually don't play at all. I have tried numerous times to contact them via email but so far, no response. If someone has their phone number (which they do not list on the website!) could you please email it to me?
