The French Song -DVD

I ordered a DVD titled Lucille Starr- The French Song it arrived promptly but when I inserted it into my MAC the first song started to play and then contiuously skipped. it then jammed my computer, nothing played after the first song and I am having trouble ejecting it from my computer! I would like to return the DVD and get a full refund! Thanks, Paula Crelinsten
