I bought a personalized teddy bear from this company because my 2 year old daughter loves the song that the bear sings. It is a specific Wake up song that is personalized with your childs name.
I previewed the song on their website, and it was the exact song I had been searching for. I was so Happy. Until I received the bear. It had the wrong song programmed on it. It took me over a week to get the company to return my messages. And when they finally did, they told me that the machine that programs that song was broken.
I payed $50 for this teddy bear because I wanted the song that was advertized, not some song I have never heard of. It has been over 3 months and I still have not received the right song. What makes me even more angry is that this website is still advertising these teddy bears with the specific song I ordered.
I do not recommend this website to anyone. They are dishonest and unprofesional. There are many websites that sell the same items. If you are looking for a personalized gift for your child go to another website. Do not trust mytunez.biz
