How can I get any of my money I paid for a time share that I can not used

I prechased a time share from Royal Crown Resorts Ltd. My member id is 101301. I have only been able to lodge there one time. Other time they say they are over booked. Now they have locked my points With RCI . When I called the resort the person that answered told me that the club is inrecevership. That they are only taking booking paid up front and will not honour any points. How can I get some of my investment out. Thanks Daryl
