Resort Travel Service Canada, World Wide Travel Center
Paid $55.00 plus $30.00 for travel voucher and travel coupon book, never received booklet, Alberta

Promo was done through local radio media Kiss-FM 107.5 and door to door sales. Received 2 travel vouchers for 3 Day's and 2 nights at various resorts, was told there was no timeshare presentation involved.
ordered and paid for Las Vegas Family fun book 2007, which was suppose to have a lot of 2 for one, free chips etc. That book has never arrived.

I received a letter in May 2007 that due to several casinos the book was late and would be shipped in a couple of weeks. If we were to travel early they would be happy to refund the order. The book never came, neither did the refund. I was holding off to book the reservation since I had no travel book.

Our holiday time has now passed and I wanted to get a refund of the above. I have spent a fair amount of time on the phone and got nowhere. The operators are rude and don't speak English well.

I finally tracked down the address on the envelope were the letter came in. First, the postal code is not valid. When I phoned the Business center on the address, (780-417-7383) the receptionist told me yes they do have the above company listed and they have an office there, but there is nobody there, and there is no phone # for that address. Apparently she is receiving a fair amount of calls of people trying to reach that outfit.

Also The return address of the vouchers is in Alberta, Canada but the letter was mailed in Medford Oregon.
The company has numerous phone numbers which get you nowhere.
800-593-3733/509-995-5591/888-331-3331-ext: 852/954-571-7990. Any call they do return is usually very early in the morning. They seem to know when no one is home.

This company is taking a lot of people for a ride and should be made to pay back all offers they made without intention of ever honouring them.
