I bid online at Overstock.com for two vacations equalling four people, sent in my bid money that they requested, they inturn sent me some vouchers for the chioces of vacations, I then chose the all inclusive Mexico 7 days including air, and sent in 60 dollars per person to secure it.
They said I had five years to redeem. I went to do that on line, found out their email address is not available. I contacted the Overstock . com and the Fantastic Destinations that was organizing these vacations, and they claim they are not involved, but have learned that Bearcountry Vacations has gone into bankrupcy. I emailed these contacts several more times for help, since they advertized with Bearcounrty, they in turn say they got ripped off as well. I
was hoping someone could find out how to reclaim our monies via the bankrupcy court that is allegedly dealing with Bearcountry, please respond if you have any news, thus far I'm outapproximately 200 dollars; it's so awfull, I have NEVER trusted anything like this before, but because it was under the Overstock.com site it is known to be reputable, so I didn't think twice. I will never trust this style of purchasing again.
