Don't use this company! We are 2 couples who booked cruises this summer 2009 with this company. They charged our credit cards and didn't submit payment to cruise line on time. They double charged on one card. We didn't even know there was a problem until we tried opening our cruise accounts online. We lost our balcony bookings, and had lower deck inside cabins (paid for balcony) until things got "sorted" out. All our mailed information was incorrect- tickets, luggage tags etc. We contacted cruise line customer service ourselves (which ecruisestore.com did not like) to straighten things out. Didn't get much of an apology from e cruise; they blamed the cruise line for the errors. Maybe some of it was (Azamara). Didn't even get a bottle of wine as apology for all our wasted time, aggravation and inconvenience.
