Wrongcharges on my phone bill

I gave security deposit to union telecom canada to make longdistance calls also gave credit card#. As i live in Brampton ontario. But when i received the statement most of the calls were made from vancouver BC area. And the phone company took money from my credit card. Now neither i m getting refund nor they returning my security deposit. There was no contract, I can cancel any time. I send 2 e-mails and no answer, I made too many phone calls every time a different story. This is about a four month old story and i am still waiting.
