It takes more than 65 days to get a tool free number from Rogers. Every time you call customer service you talk to some one who does not know what is happening. we can not talk to supervisor and can not talk to any one with more authority. Super visor does not return our call. When you have a problem you can not find any one to resolve the problem. just try to get a tool free number and check how week is the service. Try to talk to a supervisor and you will find the reality that they will not talk to you. You do not have any place to go and can not do any thing other than calling them again and same story happens again and again. I am going to cancel all of my services with Rogers.
