Ordered Flowers on-line $85. They said they tried to deliver to deliver them but no one was there. It was for clinic's secretary... Definitely open. No call to recipient or sender(no email). A week later they said they tried to deliver them again Service charge $16, no one there again (clinic definitely open). No call to recipient or sender(or email).
Called company supervisor... Unavailable. No return call.
Called owner. They say they are NOT responsible to call the recipient or the sender... That I am not full-filling my end of the agreement with the person not being there.
End result... they offered me a store credit... for what flowers I will probably never receive!! Refusal to give refund!!
Sad... I was just trying to say thank you to a woman who does an amazing job and is not recognized enough...
If you actually care and want someone to receive a gift... NOT THE RIGHT COMPANY!!!
