This indicates the level of respect and customer service you get from the owner of RenoCanada after he has your money. It is rather unprofessional to psychoanalyze someone and make a personal attack on them in a business communication.

How unfortunate. From the tone of your message It appears that you are an angry person. I do recall having a discussion with you and working through our indifferences to what appeared to be a successful resolve. At no time did you ever make the accompanying assertions that you were forced into anything. I am truly shocked by these comments. You are conducting yourself in an unreasonable manner ~ I did not expect you to have a glowing view about us, but this is just ridiculous. Quite frankly, I do not believe anyone can make you happy. I do not expect to have any further dialogue with you and will advise the service department accordingly.
