I received a letter and a check in the mail stating that I had won the Australian Internatial Lotto. Since I had not entered any such thing I thought I would do some research. The Financial institution that represented the check and the Lotto exsist. However, the people mentioned are not on staff. The numerous typos were another red flag. When I googled Bonanza 2000 I found 2 other complaints of scam so I decided not to persued the $85, 500.00 that I was told I won. The check that came with the letter for $2994.13 I am sure would bounce. Oh, the other red flag the letter was not on company letter head for Sunlife Financial Group the people who supposedly represent the lotto.
