My mother ordered a set of pasta pots early January 2003. Paid by cheque. Check was cashed 18 of January, 2003. Never received any pots. We phoned twice and were put on hold long distance time till we gave up. We wrote a lette and never received an answer. My mom is on a fixed income and would like to get her hard earned pension money back. Is there any way?
