Sent cheque to j.d. marvel for a clearvue tv / stereo amplfier in early january 2003. i have not rec'd the product, and when i call customer service, the line is always busy. as i stated above, the cheque was sent to hawkesbury, ont.but the portion of the promotion that i kept does not have any mailing address on it.
i have not verified with my bank whether the cheque has cashed but will do so immediately. i have no doubt it has been cashed. luckily this morning after trying to contact them 3 or 4 times, i decided to try their web site and now i see there is a big problem with this company. pls keep me informed.
