I keep on asking the yellow pages to remove an ad with there company and they keep on telling me they will remove it within 10 day i had been told this 7 times now from there sales rep but still up there and now the ad is in all there books in Calgary with bad information in the ad thats not rite. I would have to say that the yellowpages have some of the worst customer service rep in the world yet they all keep on the lies saying the ad would be removed.
