Ordered sofa & chairs July 28-2008. Finally delivered on Nov. 21 Armchair covers were missing. Called them right away. Told me they would look into it. Today, Nov. 26, still hadn't heard. Went to the store. Owner Steve would not refund the money for the arm covers. I had to call American Express. They agreed with me & refunded the money. Steve the owner does not care about customers at all!
