I ordered a pair of basketball shoes from Kickinair, and soon realized that they were a fraudulent company after reading reports on the internet. They had send me a tracking number which was wrong, and this caused me to investigate. I immediately canceled my order and requested a refund. They do not answer their phone. It has been two months, and I'm still waiting for my refund, and have made a dispute claim with Visa for my money.
