They sent a letter saying I had won $38, 000.00 along with a check for $3800.00 that I was to deposit to pay the taxes.
They gave a phone number which is wireless, to contact someone about getting the rest of your money. I tried calling the number but the service says the person is unavailable and to try again later.
The check comes from Citibank Delaware and the routing number is legit which is really confusing because it's a US bank.
Just wanted to see if anyone else had received anything like this. My letter was dated 3/17/08.
