I am not a lucky person so when I recieved my letter and check, I was gona throw it away. I went to the bank and asked to trace the routing numbers. They were legit so I asked to deposit on an 11 day hold so
I wouldn't get any fees. While at the bank I called the number given and asked for Ken Lewis or Teresa Jensen. They were both unavailable (naturally) so I proceeded to speak with the idiot on the other end of the line. He got real uptight when I asked for his name so I could thank him. I would ask his name and he would ask me what the name on the letter read. Ah, ok. That was on my cell. So I shrugged to the banker and told them I would contact them later when I found out what was going on but before I went to our local sheriffs office. Well, I was bored so I came home, got online and started researching. Tried to reverse research the number on dexonline and it came up but I had to pay 20.00. I'm cheap so I gave up for the day. My sister called the number the next morning at me request because I wanted to know how they answered the phone. She called me back and let me know that they mumble the asset financial services part and then got all test.By now I am not mad, but, kinda amused. I made sure that the banker I delt with still had the original check at her desk which I did not sign just had stamped. I was setting here this evening watching it snow and checking my email when I noticed an important email from a cousin of mine. If you go to google and put in a phone number, it will give you the name, number, and address. I was having my removed when thot to put theirs in when I was sent directly to this web site. Hope someone finds them and gets them stopped. Hopefully everyone is aware. I was, yes, smart to go about it by the way that I did, however, I do not feel like Einstien by any means... just lucky!!!
