Ripped off by company that appears very legitimate on-line. Even followed up to prolong reporting

Ordered DVD set on line. First I was told there is a delay due to the special collector DVD I ordered. Then when tracking was not found, I was told there was a computer problem at there end and shipment would be immediate but no tracking info would be provided as it would be shipped by hand.

Ordered on Nov. 6. Now it is Dec. 16. A brian Lawson followed up twice with email to say be patient. This is a very experienced rip off scam and the site looks very convincing. Even got an email saying that I could get 35% off my next purchase after 27 Dec.
