Never filled my order I placed on 6/27/07 ripoff

I placed order #124928 for the entire set of American Gothic Series on 6/27/07 of this year, and have weekly been in contact with them as to the progress of this order. It was always going to be shipped "next week". To this date of Aug. 7, 2007, I still have not seen my order, but it is paid for in full.
