These people said they would bring certain equipment to the site, to get the job done, but did not do so.
They then wanted to charge me for another trip - to do the job as it was supposed to be done.

When I decided that these people were basically scam artists, I cancelled the second appointment, and we agreed that I would only be charged an "inspection fee" for the first botched service, at an agreed price.
When I opened my cc statement I saw that they charged me more than the agreed upon price.

When I called them to dispute the charge they promised to rectify the charge, but did not.
