Bruce Alberts from Legal Processing Asscociates called my house claiming to put me in jail for internet fraud. I took out a loan from a pay day loan company and he called a month later to say that he needed $530.00 on a $200 payday loan. He said if I didn't pay it I would go to jail and he would have me picked up at work on Tuesday. He was extremely rude and not willing to work with me on anything. He called everyone that I new to tell them I was going to jail for frauding a pay day loan company. He would call 4 and 5 times a day to get the scare tactic through the entire family. I told he all he could do is sue me and garnish my wages nothing else and he said if I believe that I would find out when the police show up at work.
He has no jurisdiction in my state and he claims he has. I asked him for a name of the attorney that he was working for and he wouldn't give me that name. He is in Texas and I am in Ohio you do the math.
