The check came back as Fictitious Toronto

I also received a check for 4, 950.00 and i called eddy hugo. he told me to deposit the check and then call him. i deposit the check but put a hold on it so that if it came back i would not incur any charges. i then called him back for instructions. the instructions were to money gram 3, 950.00 to a mr richard walls at 2900 drew st houston texas and call him back with the reference number. however today i received a notice from the bank that the check was returned because it was altered/fictitious. mr david william is the promotion manager. the check comes from American credit counselors, inc out of boca raton florida. i tried to call them but no reponse as of today.
