I purchased EVE which is an essay verification engine on March 17. I was emailed a KEY to enter into the startup page of EVE, but I cannot find that page or where to put the key.
For a week in multiple emails to all departments, I have been requesting this simple aid. I have not received even an acknowledgement of the receipt of any of my emails.
They were, however, quick to acknowledge my purchase and charge it to my credit card. I can't imagine why a company would be so callous.
I have informed them that I will be posting this report. I hope it will motivate them to help their customers.
