Fraudulent solicitation to employee, after owner declined order, uncooperativness in attempt to return product, extremely rude to speak to Montreal newyork

After declining the said companys first solicitation attempt, an unauthorized employee was solicited by answering questions as to what type of credit card printer our store used, followed by another call of someone verifying store name, address, etc., after about 2 weeks a package arrived with printer supplies - the owner contacted the company and requested a return authorization slip, and was rudely declined any assistance in returnung the product.
