Ripoff They are asking me to send in $20.00 so that I may recieve my supposed winnings of $777, 150.00

I had recieved a letter from the named company that I had won $777, 150.00. They stated in their letter that I must send them $20.00 to recieve my winnings. Please Help. I'm not sure if this is real or just a scam. All the mailed documents look very convincing. Is this another Canadian scam?
