Ordered flowers and a gift basket. Flowers delivered, but gift basket was not. Called and was told that they had a problem with the supplier and it would arrive shortly. It never did arrive. Couldn't get through to a person on subsequent phone calls, but left messages, also e-mailed. Absolutely no response from the company! Visa bill arrived and we had been billed for both orders. Not only that, but this Canadian company billed us (Canadians) in US dollars which added a nice little percentage to their profit! Even though the website specifically said "Canadians billed in Canadian funds".
Surprisingly it has now been changed to read "prices in US dollars"! Luckily my credit card company is taking care of it and will refund my money at the expense of "Urban Florist".
