This company sends out mail order catelogs several times a year. I made an order for $129. on Sept 2002. They cashed my money order on the 30st of the same month. In Nov. they e-mailed me after I inquired as to where the order might be. Their excuse was that part of the order had been back orderd and may be a few more weeks. So much for recieving it in time for Christmas.
After Christmas they could not be reached by e-mail. In Jan. I mailed a letter asking for the order to cancelled and my money returned. Here it is the end of Jan. and NO results. FOUR MONTHS!
