Rip-offs Hawkesbury

I ordered 1 pair slippers and an indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna at the end of May/02. The cheque was cashed two days later. To date I have received nothing, although I have contacted them twice by letter, and by phone. The last phone call I was told their system was down. I have recd two postcards saying the order was on its way. On Sep 9, I asked for my money back. Have heard nothing since. But I have recd TWO catalogues from the company!!
