Hired to due minor technical writing which he was paid for but did incorrectly fraudulent ripoff business V1E 4P3

We hired Ben Coultier to do some minor copy and pste writing, paid him for the job in advance. Every page that he did has to be edited as if it was never done in the first place. We bent over backwards to try and make the job easier and even handle the parts he said he was having trouble with. He refuses to complete the work correctly and feels just because he did X amount of work incorrectly, that this covers the amount of money he was paid. We will now be filing a Lawsuit against him and pursuing other avenues such as filling out a complaint with the BBB.
