"Collect Double Sears Club Points on Appliances and Furniture" I purchased $8940:42 inclusive of GST and PST.
There were all the signs posted on the Courtney Store displaying the points. Although I put this on my Sears Card I paid Cash Checque no 98 August 28th 2007 posting date 628181-3252-50540- Account no :628181-3236-45306-7. I did not defer any payments. I have the receipts, quotation and statement on hand.
When I did not receive the Sears Club Points I contacted the Manager who denied me the points and said I do not qualify for the points. I knew I could not trust him as he originally said when I made the purchase that the points will follow on my first statement. I contacted the customer service complaints dept 3 times and had no response. I dropped the matter and decided not to deal with Sears.
On November 8th My Panasonic microwave oven that was purchased from Sears with the above goods needed 2
light bulbs. I ordered the light bulbs on November 10, 09 and was promised a courier delivery within 5 days and
accepted the courier charge. After 15 telephone calls, (2 calls cut) 10 Transfers dept to dept, and 3 calls including 2 customer complaints I have not received the 2 (30wx120V) lights up today December 3, 2009.
I as a rather disappointed customer would like to know what type of people do you employ.
The Manager or Frachisee of the Courtney Store lied to me for my rewards 2years later I did not get my rewards
he dealt with me personally. The spares dept could not supply the 2 light bulbs that they confirmed was alredy
in the despatch dept ready for despatched. I would like to know why was I robbed for my points and why I cannot
as a customer receive the after sales service which I am prepared to pay for.
The lady who orginally took the order from me spent approximately 30 minuites to verify my personal details
