Short-shipped products

Items purchased shipped incomplete. Orient Hobby refused to supply short-shipped items and accused buyer for lying and unreasonable. Merchandise all paid for before shipment. We trusted them and paid ahead but not in the case after they got the payment. We've been In business for over 14 years with many suppliers with trust and great services. We DO NOT RECOMMEND to do business with them.
