I ordered Hart to Hart, Who's the Boss and Beauty and the Beast from this company. I got a response from Mike to tell me that I had 6-9 months to report any spoiled discs. I have recently tried to contact him via email and the email came back to me as "undeliverable" as his email address was disabled. I now have spoiled discs that I was supposed to have replaced but am unable to get a response from anyone at the TVDVD store. I since changed my contact email address and resent the request. It was successfully received at their end but it has been over a week now and I have not heard back from them. I don't know what to do now. I was promised replacement discs.
Can you please tell me what I am to do now?
