I received a letter in the mail today (03/21/09) decaring that I am a winner in their annual sweepstakes. They claim this draw was held on Jan 5th, 2009 through a random computer ballot system.
The check was for $3875.00 and was to pay the taxes on my winnings. I then was to later get $55, 000.00. I was instructed to call their well trained Claim Analyst "Monica Price." The phone # was 1-416-825-4214.
I immediately knew this had to be a scam because what usually sounds too good to be true usually is. I then looked for this supposed "financial co" and read the other reports. I haven't called the # yet but can"t wait until Monday when I do just to hear the woman talk b/s and then inform them that I am in no way and idiot!
