In accordance with the Sweepstakes Commission policy, your prize award money has been forwrded to our clearing/disbursement department to release your funds to you. Your claim number FG-6002219-BC was also assigned to our North American Claim Affiliate. It is important for security reasons to secure your claim number. It must remain confidential to avoid duplicates of your claim until your funds are being remitted to you.
To expedite the proccessing, The North American sweepstakes Commission made a policy that every minning must pay its taxes before delivery to avoid conflict with the International Revenue Services. In addition, our clearing/disbursement department also chrages an administrative fee for our services. Based on this issue, we enclosed an official check. This is to enable you to pay the government applicable taxes and administration fees on your winning. The taxes on this large lump sum cannot be deducted directly from teh winning amount because of teh insurance bond policy coverage on your name.

I got this and called Julia and asked a dozen questions and when I had some more questions I called her again and got no answer til this day. If the same happens to you call the police, the local branch, or your township supervisor and tell them. Otherwise if you cash in the check it will close down your whole bank account.
