Service With a Snarl ripoff

On Sunday May 9/ 2004 I was at Casino Rama.

I played a slot machine and cashed out $10.00.
The slot machine cashed my $10.00 out with what they call "Fast Cash", which is a ticket imprinted with the dollar value of the machine payout. The Fast Cash Ticket is then taken to the Coin Redemption Booth or cage.
It took me over 1 hour standing at the cage to get my $10.00 Fast Cash. The attendant at the cage was having trouble cashing the Fast Cash Ticket.

Five Managers and technicians all took turns trying to cash the $10.00 Fast Cash Ticket. I was rudely asked a couple of times if I had tried to redeem the ticket in the slot machime.

Finally a manager went to a different computer and handed me $10.00. I told them that I should get something for my waiting time and being patient and they refused. I went to the VIP Services desk and told them the same and they refused.

I have found at Casino Rama, it does not matter where you go in the casino at any time, it is always "Service With a Snarl."
