In December I ordered a video and paid with my credit card number. Although the charge showed up on my statement that same day, I have never received the video.
I have sent multiple emails but have received NO answers to the emails (which until recently were quite friendly).
Sadly, today I looked up the name using the advanced search on google and lo and behold, there are multiple sites set up for people to complain about this outfit.
Does anyone have any idea how to go about "getting" a scam artist in Canada? I'd be more than happy to join in...
