On april 10, i signed up for the 24 hours trial for $1.95 online. i cancelled it during the 24 hrs cuz i find the website has general and useless info. a days later i realised i was charged another $38.21 for the taxrefundguide. when i called them, i realised the tag-along product was deviously hidden in the fine print during the ordering process. they were not upfront with the sale and had to hide it and hope a few unsuspecting people will fall for the trick.
my 2nd complaint was: when i logged in www.taxrefundguide.com i further realised it was meant for US citizens and residents!!! it was clearly fraudulent cuz the original grantsmoney program was advertised to canadians.
