Unauthorized billing!

I purchased a Norton renewal which was charged to my credit card. I was also charged 49.99 by DriSymantecstor at www.myord.com. This occurred on 3/23/08. I am not sure how to correct the problem. Did anyone get any of their money back from this place???..
