I purchased (2) watched from this company. Received the watches, but one of them runs FAST... picks up about 5 minutes per week. Tried several times emailing with Sherry (customer service??) but she only wanted me to purchase a 3rd watch to which they would give me a 40% discount. Finally gave up on trying to deal with this company. It was not until I got my Visa bill that I had the phone number (403-480-4204) to call them... they only have a recording that states they are there M-F from 9-5... leave a detailed message. They have never gotten back to me. They must have LOTS of return calls to make! Lesson learned!
