I was then supposed to fill out a Customer Evaluation Service sheet and grade quality of service, cleanlieness, attitude, etc. and mail back to them.
My husband wanted to go right away and cash the check. Good thing I stood my ground and checked it out. First, there is no such bank, then I came across others who were scammed by the same company.
