Fake items

I have bought a pair of gucci shoes that are said to be authentic on the website, and when I received them it was so obvious they weren't authentic, so was an Armani tie. I called them to tell them these items are not authentic and they argued saying everything they sell is authentic, therefore they will not refund anything. How can we go about getting our money back for these items? or How can we sue this company? Can someone please give me an answer.
