RECEIVED LETTER STATING WINNINGS OF $250, 000, WITH CHECK IENCLOSED. ADVISED TO SEND MONEY VIA WESTERN UNION OR MONEY GRAM TO PAY TAXES

I too received a letter notifying me I had "won" $250.000.00Check enclosed in amount of $4890.00.I was advised to call before depositing check for instructions, as check was supposedly to pay taxes deducted from winnings for $2985.00 and could only be sent via Western union or Moneygram.
