I too was sent a $4, 980.00 check and instructed to contact Julia Clark as my claim representative to receive the balance of my supposed $125, 000 winnings.
Had I not tried to find the bank it was written on or the Clearing House, I would have continued to believe that my financial worries were over.
They should be shut down, investigated or what ever it takes to stop this. I'm sure there are many people out there in the same financial situation as myself jumping for joy that a "solution" has presented itself.
Thank God I took a few minutes to calm down and think this through
