I received a letter from Fidelity Financial Services, Inc on July 5, 2008, indicating I won $125, 000.00 in the Lotto North American Sweepstakes Lottery held May 10, 2008. They've tried unsuccessfully to contact me regarding these winnings. Enclosed was a check in the amount of $4875.00, which has been deducted from my wining. The purpose of this check is for payment of applicable GOVERNMENT TAXES on my winnings since the insurance bond policy coverage will not allow government taxes to be deducted. The tax amount is $2875.00 to be paid directly to the tax agent.
Instructed not to attempt cashing check until I call first and to keep my winning CONFIDENTIAL until claim has been processed and cash remitted to me as part of their security protocol, avoiding double claiming or unscrupulous acts by non-participants taking advantage of this program. I'm advised to contact my claim agent, Nicholas Harrrison, immediately for further clarification within 10 business days.
Letter was closed "Your truly, Brian McGuire" but signature read "B Mallard, Jr".
