Sent Me A fake check, telling me I'm a winne

I'm a 93 year old lady, who tries to do the right thing. I was notified that I was a winner of $450, 000 dollars, and recieved a check in the mail from the Claxton Bank, in Claxton, GA for $4, 950. I was suppose to pay taxes on the amount above by money gram or western union of $3, 950. I am so upset, and feel that I need some kind of recourse for what these people put me through.
