I purchased an annual membership from this online vendor on May 8, 2008. On May 27, 2008, I requested a full refund on the membership and invoked my rights to the vendors 56 day unconditional money back guarantee. I have made numerous attempts in email correspondences to resolve this matter directly with the vendor in seeking a refund. This refund was promised to me a few weeks ago and I am still waiting for it. I advised the vendor of a deadline by which they must process my refund, and in turn was promised that this refund would be taken care of last week. No refunds received as of yet. It appears that the vendor is deliberately making attempts to exhaust the 56 day timeline in order for me to seek a refund so that if I continue my efforts after that to obtain a refund, the guarantee is no longer in effect.
